(Businesses with up to 2 trade premise and up to 9 employees.) 

Membership includes:

• That listed in the Sole Traders Membership Package 

PLUS:

• Personalised social media support to help grow your business;

• Up to 2 hours of support from Trading Standards Professionals with dispute 

resolution and any compliance issues you may have, from time to time 

(worth £150 +vat)

• Start-up site visit and induction

• Start-up pack of marketing collateral

• Annual certificate of excellence for your customer service 

 

Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) Package

(Businesses with more than 3 trade premise or 10 – 250 employees.) 

Membership inludes:

• Those listed in the Small Business Membership Package 

PLUS;

• Up to 5 hours of support from Trading Standards Professionals with dispute 

resolution and any compliance issues you may have, from time to time 

(worth £375.00 +vat)

• Start-up staff training session (optional) 

 

Large / Corporate Business Package

(Businesses with multiple trade premises or over 250 employees)
