Your business will receive its own star rating and review system based on your customer’s feedback and experience.

Customer feedback allows us to regulate the scheme and ensure that customers are happy with the services they receive. It is also important for you to be aware of what your customers are saying about the services you have provided, this will enable you to make continuous improvements. Customers feel more confident about employing a trader if they know what other people think of them, they feel reassured that they too will have a good experience. Customers should be encouraged to use the Rate a Trader page on the website. Once accepted, it is added to your profile page on the Trader Register website. This is available for customers to read and helps them to choose a trader. In addition, a good rating is a powerful means of promoting your business and allows the quality of your work to be recognised.
