Members of the Business Approval Register deliver those standards set out in the Customer Charter and Code of Practice and achieve Approved Member status of the Trader Scheme.

Members of the Register are authorised to display and use the Trader Scheme logo highlighting their commitment to delivering excellence in customer service to their customers, high quality goods and services, honesty and transparency in all their business conduct, ultimately ensuring high levels of business compliance.

Business Approval, in partnership with Trading Standards Services, endorse and promote all members to consumers giving consumers confidence that these are businesses that they can trust.
