Excellent communication from start to finish.
I needed an extension to my existing hard standing to allow for extra car parking space, new flower beds - as well as some re-pointing work to existing crazy paving.
From the moment of my first enquiry Mike was quick to respond and attend site to discuss exactly what was wanted and to give a quote. Each step of the process was explained fully and, once work was underway, I was consulted at each stage to make sure that I was satisfied.
I was pleased to see that Mike adhered to all legal requirements on waste removal as well as strictly following pandemic guidance around mask wearing and social distancing.
There were no hidden costs and no attempts to get me to have more work than I wanted to be done. There was no money requested upfront - with payment only requested once work was complete and had been carried out to my satisfaction.
